St. Mary's Academy , Sarsawa celebrated Christmas with a great festive spirit on 22nd December 2021. Mr. Brijendra Moga , SHO of Sarsawa was the chief guest of the day and Mrs. Neha Rana , State Executive Member was the Guest of Honour.
The Marians thrilled the audience with their enthralling Christmas carols and beautiful dance medley , capturing the spirit of Christmas. The students presented a beautiful Nativity Play: ' Come, Let us go to Bethlehem'. The special dance performance by our tiny tots filled the air with festivity and got the entire audience singing along.
To explore the creativity of the students, house board and class board decoration along with star making and Christmas tree decoration competitions were organised in the academy. The entire academy wore a festive look with bells, streamers and beautifully decorated Christmas trees.
Rev. Father Manager : Father Jesu Antony and Rev. Sister Principal: Sister Tissa S.D. shared the history of Christmas with the students and exhorted them to be ambassadors of peace and spread goodwill amongst their fellow beings.
Vote of thanks was proposed by Rev. Father Manager : Father Jesu Antony. The celebrations drew to a close with the National Anthem. The students were given cake on this joyous occasion . The fellowship lunch was prepared for the entire Marian staff. Here's a recollection of some precious moments from the grand celebrations.
