1. The medical form attached in this diary must be filled in by your family doctor at the beginning of the year.
2. In case of an accident or emergency during school hours, casualties will be taken to the nearest hospital and parents will be informed as
soon as possible.
3. Pupils suffering from contagious diseases are not to be sent to school until fully recovered. They should also submit their doctor’s
certificate permitting them to attend classes.
Your children are supervised at all times during the day. Minor accidents are always dealt with immediately. If emergencies arise we will
make every effort to contact you on the numbers you have provided on your child’s admission form. Should this prove impossible the school
will act in the best interest of the child.
Children are allowed to leave the school premises only with the written request from the parents / guardians and the relevant permission
from the school authorities.
